1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. The site is operated by Gamphace Merch ("Gamphace", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Preview status

This site is currently a preview build. The cart and checkout demonstrate the intended shopping experience but no payment is processed, no card details are collected, and no order will be fulfilled. Any order reference generated is illustrative only and creates no contract between you and Gamphace.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Products, descriptions and pricing

We work to describe products accurately, but colours can vary between screens and small manufacturing variations are normal in apparel. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. We may change prices at any time before you place an order. If a product is listed at a materially incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where there has been a pricing error.

7. Intellectual property

The Gamphace name, the laurel and monogram crest, the eight-principle acrostic, site content, photography and designs are owned by Gamphace Merch or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it to transmit malicious code.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gamphace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
