Accessibility
We want every part of Gamphace to be usable by everyone.
Our commitment
We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of building the site, not a pass at the end.
What we've built in
- Semantic HTML landmarks and a visible "skip to content" link.
- Full keyboard operability, with a clearly visible focus indicator on every control.
- Text and interface colours checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful imagery, and empty alt on decorative imagery.
- Form fields with real labels, and errors announced to assistive technology.
- Filter and option controls exposed with correct pressed and current states.
- All motion and scroll animation disabled automatically when your system is set to "reduce motion".
- Touch targets sized at least 44 by 44 pixels.
Known limitations
This is a preview build and we are still testing with a range of assistive technologies. If something doesn't work for you, we'd rather hear about it than not.
